Wind Turbine Blade Repair Supervisor

In this supervisory role at CSS Wind, you'll perform advanced inspections and conduct critical composite repairs on wind turbine blades. With a focus on safety and teamwork, you will travel frequently, ensuring that compliance with engineering guidelines is maintained. Your mechanical aptitude and detail orientation will be essential for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect internal and external blade damage meticulously

• Carry out structural repairs and document progress

• Work at heights using approved access methods

• Submit accurate service and Daily Work Reports

• Communicate effectively with site teams and clients

Requirements:

• Full GWO Certification (BST, ART, BTT)

• Experience in mechanical work or blade repair required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to meet physical demands of the position

• Strong communication skills and attention to safety
