Lead renewable energy deployments from Ottawa with Python, data validation, and client-facing technical expertise across solar PV and BESS sites.
As Deployment Lead at Enurgen, you will guide sites from raw field data to validated, peer-reviewed DUET models. You will support client partnerships through deployment, sign-off, hypercare, and ongoing value delivery. The work combines solar performance engineering, energy yield modelling, and technical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead deployment meetings and explain model results clearly
- Clean and validate meteorological and plant data
- Configure DUET models for solar PV and BESS sites
- Compare modelled output with field performance
- Drive scalable deployment process improvements
- Three to five years in solar performance engineering
- Hands-on Python for data cleaning and analysis
- Ability to read electrical drawings and datasheets
- Rigorous approach to QA/QC and peer review
- Willingness to travel to client sites
