• Pioneer Laser Design:
  Drive the design, simulation, testing, and in‑depth analysis of next‑generation semiconductor lasers using state‑of‑the‑art software.
• Innovate & Document:
  Develop and meticulously maintain crucial design and requirements documentation.
• Define Fabrication Excellence:
  Take ownership of defining critical fabrication processes and crafting precise mask layouts.
• Analyze & Optimize:
  Conduct rigorous data and failure analysis to push the boundaries of performance.

• Advanced Simulation:
  Deep experience in simulating active photonic devices.
• Expertise in III‑Vs:
  Experience working with GaAs and/or InP based material systems.
• CAD Mastery:
  Proficient in computer-aided design and layout of lithographic masks for active photonic device fabrication.
• Characterization Guru:
  Skilled in optoelectronic device characterization, testing, and analysis.
• Metrology & Lab Savvy:
  Experienced in designing and assembling optical metrology setups, with strong hands‑on lab skills in laser optical characterization, verification, and testing.

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related discipline with a strong emphasis on III‑V optoelectronic devices.
