Position: Staff Analog Design Engineer
Job Description Design analog circuits for high-performance timing productsWork closely with remote cross functional teams such as layout, digital, system design and validationTest, debug and characterize prototypes in the labSupport product validation and application engineering activitiesGreat attitude, self motivation, and excellent teamworkA solid track record in CMOS and/or BiCMOS IC designGood knowledge of integrated circuit design, device physics and advanced process technologyExperience in designing PLLs or building blocks such as VCO, phase detector, charge pump and other related circuitsGood understanding of transistor modeling, circuit noise theory and phase noise conceptsProficient in Cadence analog / mixed signal simulation toolsetFamiliar with Analog/Mixed Signal design flow, simulation models, design rules, verification procedures (DRC/LVS/ERC), and transistor-level simulationsRelated experience in digital PLLs, crystal oscillators, VCXOs, on-chip regulators, DACs and ADCsExperience with analog behavioral modeling (Systemverilog, Verilog A, AMS)Hands-on experience with lab test and characterizationQualifications
