Join our Buildings Structures group as a Junior BIM Modeller in our Ottawa / Queens view office. You’ll contribute to projects that define the skylines of tomorrow—commercial developments, residential towers, transit infrastructure, and specialty structures across Canada and beyond.

• Create and maintain detailed 3D structural models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) for structural engineering drawings, plans, diagrams, and layouts for reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber.
• Generate and extract 2D drawings, details, and schedules from 3D models for construction documentation.
• Become familiar with clash detection to help resolve spatial conflicts between structural, architectural, and MEP components.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver innovative structural solutions.
• Maintain project BIM libraries, templates, and families.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Experience with clash detection, model coordination and 3DF visualization.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows for multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to multi-task in a multidisciplinary environment and meet deadlines.
• Eligible for Canadian Federal Government Enhanced Reliability clearance (mandatory).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to quality and innovation.

• AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 – $76,200
• MB & ON: $52,500 – $72,300
• NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 – $69,000

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
