Position: Solar & BESS Technician at Sungrow North America
Enhance field operations with Sungrow North America as a Solar & BESS Technician. In this vital role, you'll ensure the sustainability and efficiency of renewable energy systems.

This position will focus on commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining solar power installations while adhering to safety protocols. As a critical member of the field service team, you will directly influence the performance of photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems at various sites. Collaboration with engineering teams and customers is key to driving operational success and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical assignments for solar and BESS systems

• Perform maintenance and analysis as per service agreements

• Lead software and hardware upgrade projects

• Prepare documentation and activity reports diligently

• Work in coordination with design engineers and SCADA systems

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in engineering or a related field

• At least 3 years of relevant experience including 2 in solar/BESS

• Skills in Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools

• Clean driver’s license and safety certifications needed

• Ability to work independently in the field
