Onsite Reliability Engineer

Join a leading Med Tech firm as a Reliability Engineer in Ottawa, Ontario. This full-time role demands deep expertise in IVD products, reliability testing, and design for reliability.

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer with over four years of experience in regulated medical devices. The ideal candidate will excel in Design for Reliability (DFR) and utilize tools such as Minitab or JMP for statistical analysis.

Your role will also involve conducting accelerated life testing and risk assessments to ensure product reliability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reliability testing for medical device products

• Perform DFMEA and PFMEA assessments accurately

• Lead accelerated aging and life testing initiatives

• Utilize Weibull and life data analysis effectively

• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in reliability engineering

• Proven background in the Med Tech industry

• Expertise in verification testing and root cause analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Canadian Citizenship or valid work authorization
