This role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure new products meet design specifications. You will manage build readiness, oversee production performance, and guide detailed failure analysis efforts. Your expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and collaboration with contract manufacturers will drive successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical efforts for optoelectronic product transitions
• Manage prototype requirements and build readiness activities
• Oversee yield tracking and cost-reduction for production
• Conduct DFM reviews for printed circuit boards
• Drive pilot builds and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics or related engineering fields
• 7+ years in optoelectronic product design or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of end-to-end NPI processes
• Proven ability to solve technical challenges effectively
• Willingness to travel as needed for manufacturing support
