In this influential role, you will leverage your experience in semiconductor power device characterization. Candidates must possess a strong foundation in GaN E-HEMT physics and high-voltage measurement techniques. Your work will primarily involve designing on-wafer test structures and interpreting physical analysis data for performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze HVDC, AC, CV, and transient electrical characterization
• Design automated probing stations for data acquisition
• Interpret SEM/TEM and thermal imaging data for diagnostics
• Collaborate with modeling teams for device simulations
• Develop standardized testing procedures and guidance
Requirements:
• MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics;
PhD preferred
• At least 3 years of semiconductor characterization experience
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python and C++
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment
