In this role, you will own the manufacturing processes for optical products, improve tooling strategies, and conduct failure analysis. Your engineering background, combined with hands‑on experience in assembly and equipment setup, is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Own optical assembly processes, including wire bonding
- Design and lead assembly tools and jigs
- Perform failure analysis and execute corrective actions
- Enhance processes with statistical control methods
- Collaborate on product transfer for manufacturing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field
- Experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments
- Familiarity with assembly techniques and tools
- Robust problem‑solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
