• Design Process: simulation, functional schematic, physical PCB layout reviews, and documentation.
• Lab Hands‑on: hardware debugging and electrical design verification against datasheet specifications.

  spec reviews and research to qualify alternate sources to address shortages or enable cost reductions.
• Yield Data Analysis: review large‑scale manufacturing data to assess design or test changes that improve factory yield.

• Working toward a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Foundational knowledge of laboratory equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, basic soldering).
• Demonstrated proficiency with the hardware design process (schematic, layout, documentation) and statistical analysis techniques (histogram distributions, Q‑Q plots, standard deviation, CpK parameters).

• Interest in prototyping/embedded hardware projects.
• Experience with the Cadence Allegro toolset.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Tcl.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $34.00/hour CAD.
