This full-time position focuses on structural assessments and building design under Ontario's regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering consulting and strong project management skills. The role includes not just technical responsibilities but also mentoring junior staff and engaging in business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose building envelope issues through investigations

• Design under Ontario Part 9 code for restoration projects

• Prepare building permit drawings and specifications

• Provide field reviews to ensure project conformance

• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant engineering consulting experience

• Civil/Structural engineering degree required

• Progressing toward professional engineering license

• Must own a vehicle for project site travel

• Effective prioritization and communication skills
