This full-time position involves overseeing the planning and execution of multidisciplinary projects across TBTE’s divisions. You will lead teams, ensuring alignment in objectives and resource management while serving as the main liaison for clients and stakeholders. Your guidance will also support junior staff in their development and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project scopes, schedules, and resources
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams
• Review and approve project specifications and plans
• Serve as the client contact and manage relationships
• Identify risks and monitor project progress
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Earth Science or Management
• Preferred P.M.P certification
• Minimum 10 years managing engineering projects
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and project tools
