Senior Mechanical Designer in Engineering

We seek a highly skilled Mechanical Designer with at least five years of experience in mechanized design. You will be integral in creating mechanical assemblies that align with both performance and regulatory requirements. This position demands a strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, alongside collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mechanical assemblies utilizing Solid Works for FEA analysis

• Oversee prototyping, fit checks, and design iterations

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in design

• Design welded structures and sheet metal components

• Manage design data within a PLM system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical assembly design

• Strong proficiency in Solid Works

• Experience with prototyping and tooling

• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 and FMVSS testing standards
