Position: Coordinator for Land Development Projects
Become a Coordinator for Land Development Projects and facilitate the planning, coordination, and execution of significant development initiatives. Engage with various internal teams and external consultants to assure project success.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee development applications from zoning to subdivisions, ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will also conduct market research to inform project designs and manage engineering coordination. Additionally, collaborate closely with Sales and Construction teams to ensure project launches are seamless and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee land development applications, including zoning changes

• Work with consultants and municipalities for timely approvals

• Validate designs and identify risks in technical documents

• Perform market research for effective product positioning

• Manage engineering designs and contract administration

Requirements:

• Diploma in urban planning or similar;
Bachelor's preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in land development coordination

• Familiarity with project management software

• Understanding of land use regulations and permitting

• Strong ability to multitask in a collaborative environment

Utilize your organizational and problem-solving skills to manage land development phases effectively, ensuring each project meets its objectives and compliance standards.
