Senior MEP Manager Projects

Lead innovative MEP projects in Ottawa with EBC Inc. as our Senior MEP Manager. Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes to ensure excellence in construction and compliance.

The MEP Manager plays a critical role in coordinating and executing MEP work on ICI construction projects. You will manage trade contractors, solve technical challenges, and enforce safety and quality standards. Your extensive experience will be vital in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhering to codes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications

• Facilitate MEP coordination meetings with stakeholders

• Track MEP progress against the construction schedule

• Monitor compliance with quality control standards

• Support subcontractor evaluations and change management

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 8–12+ years in MEP coordination or management

• Strong knowledge of building systems and codes

• Proficiency in BIM coordination

• Ability to interpret complex construction documents
