Position: Submarine Training SME at CAE

Your role focuses on training systems integration and engineering disciplines.

In this SME position, you will play a critical role in developing training solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy's submarine operations. You will lead systems task analysis, define simulation requirements, and ensure compliance with design and budget specifications. Your expertise will contribute to optimal training outcomes for submariners through effective program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Canadian Patrol Submarine Project with analysis and training media

• Define training architectures for various operational engineering roles

• Develop and validate training systems for shore and at-sea environments

• Conduct trade studies and support collaboration on bids and proposals

• Identify training system risks and ensure their resolution during execution

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with RCN submarine service or equivalent

• Strong background in systems engineering and training methods

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for documentation

• Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments

• Canadian work eligibility and security clearance compliance
