Our client requires a Network Support Specialist to provide hands-on support within a secure environment. You will troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching, manage network connectivity issues, and participate in operational maintenance. This role is vital for multi-national defense and involves critical incident response and infrastructure endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure

• Troubleshoot issues in Cisco routing/switching environments

• Investigate and resolve network connectivity challenges

• Support OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and tunneling technologies

• Implement approved configuration changes through change management
Requirements:

• Expertise in Cisco routing & switching troubleshooting

• Understanding of OSPF/BGP fundamentals

• Experience in secure federal government environments

• Capability to work on-site within secure facilities
