Thales Canada seeks an Intermediate Systems Engineer who will engage in Engineering Change within the AJISS program. A collaborative, multi-disciplinary team aims to enhance naval platforms through diverse EC projects. Key qualifications include experience in systems engineering and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor system engineering processes and tools

• Develop detailed designs for systems and subsystems

• Author technical documentation for system designs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design consistency

• Support verification and validation artifact development
Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years in complex system design and integration

• Experience in multidisciplinary team environments

• University degree in engineering or related discipline

• Eligibility for export control compliance

• Familiarity with naval architecture or marine systems
