Take the lead as a Senior Product Engineer and facilitate the manufacturing journey of innovative optoelectronic products. Drive product quality and design compliance in this essential role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams for product transitions
• Define and oversee prototype and manufacturing readiness
• Track production metrics and manage product cost plans
• Guide troubleshooting efforts with internal teams
• Conduct reviews for manufacturability of PCBs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Physics or a related field
• Over 7 years in optoelectronic product development
• Proven capability in manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management
• Ready to travel as needed for projects
