As a Mechanical Project Coordinator, your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality contract documents are developed efficiently. Work closely with contractors and architectural teams, review site conditions, and assess mechanical systems throughout various projects. Effective problem-solving and leadership are key to navigating multiple client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development of contract documentation
• Coordinate site assessments and ensure compliance
• Review shop drawings and RFI submissions
• Interface with diverse project stakeholders
• Create and manage Change Control Notices (CCN's)
Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience in mechanical designs
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Preferred registration with provincial licensing bodies
• Familiarity with healthcare design and Revit
• Excellent communication and project management skills
