Mechanical Design & Project Management Specialist

Lead design and administration in mechanical projects as a Mechanical Design & Project Management Specialist. Ensure successful delivery on contracts, site evaluations, and system inspections for healthcare and commercial facilities.
In this in-office role, your responsibilities include overseeing the development of contract documents while interfacing with contractors and architectural teams. You'll engage in field reviews and the inspection of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, all while demonstrating excellence in leadership and communication. Drive your team's success through collaboration and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of contract documents

• Facilitate site evaluations and system inspections

• Collaborate with diverse project teams and contractors

• Manage RFIs and the creation of CCNs

• Lead and guide project delivery towards objectives
Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant mechanical design experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology needed

• Preferred registration with PEO and OACETT

• Advanced understanding of relevant standards and codes

• Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office
