Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing “First Time Build” processes

• Monitor process performance via MESWeb

• Troubleshoot and analyze performance problems

• Create Process Assembly documentation and visual aids

• Conduct qualifications on new processes

Requirements:

• College diploma in Engineering or related field

• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives

• Ability to guide less experienced team members

• Knowledge of engineering changes and quality circles

• Familiarity with mole profiling for ovens is an asset
