As a critical member of our team, you will leverage over eight years of experience in hardware compliance to analyze EMC/EMI requirements effectively.
Your role will involve conducting formal compliance testing, coordinating with labs, and generating compliance reports. You are expected to foster a positive team atmosphere and contribute to design input and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze EMC/EMI requirements and provide compliance evaluations
• Mitigate risks and manage internal lab capabilities
• Perform both internal and external de-risking activities
• Witness compliance testing at external labs
• Create comprehensive reports summarizing test findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 8+ years of hands-on compliance testing experience
• Proficiency in EMI/C standards like MIL-STD-461
• Familiarity with testing instruments and techniques
• Strong leadership skills and dedication to quality
