Junior Environmental Assessor

Launch your career as a Junior Environmental Site Assessor at our Ottawa office, contributing to essential site investigation and remediation projects across Ontario. Engage in fieldwork while providing vital reporting and technical support.
In this role, you will be involved in fieldwork coordination and soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling. You will support project managers with data analysis, report preparation, and adhere to safety and quality protocols during site visits. This position requires teamwork, effective communication, and occasional travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling

• Support Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments

• Prepare reports following provincial and federal regulations

• Assist project managers with data analysis

• Travel to various sites for field work
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or environmental science

• 1-3 years of field work experience

• Proficient in MS Office suite

• Valid G driver’s license and vehicle access

• Ability to obtain federal reliability security clearance
