Naval Operations Training Specialist

Position: Naval Operations Training Specialist at CAE
CAE is seeking a Naval Training Support Specialist with expertise in naval operations and engineering. Contribute to the Training Systems Integration team with hybrid work opportunities.
This role requires extensive experience with the Royal Canadian Navy or comparable naval services. Your focus will be on advising on naval operations, validating training products, and ensuring courseware meets operational realities. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will design training solutions that reflect modern naval standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide input on naval operations and engineering processes

• Advise during needs assessments and training design

• Validate scenarios and objectives in training products

• Liaise with stakeholders and shipbuilders

• Conduct hazard and task analyses for training solutions
Requirements:

• Extensive naval experience with RCN or similar

• Knowledge of naval training systems and maintenance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for documentation

• Eligibility for Level II security clearance in Canada
