Join Skyworks as a Lead Radio Systems Engineer and transform the industry with your RF innovation. Manage and direct the analysis and design processes for cutting-edge wireless systems.
We are looking for a highly motivated engineer to step into the Lead Radio Systems Engineer position will be responsible for analyzing and architecting radio systems to meet the demands of various markets. Collaborating across teams, you will take multiple projects from initial phases through design and ultimately to mass production while also mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and architect advanced radio systems
• Spearhead engineering projects from conception to launch
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers on technical projects
• Collaborate on roadmap development for RF technologies
• Manage design risks while fostering creativity
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in relevant engineering discipline
• 10 years of experience in RF engineering
• Proficient with mathematical modeling and circuit simulation
• Expertise in RF measurement equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
