As the Team Lead, you will guide a team of Customer Success Solutions Engineers, ensuring they deliver exceptional technical value. You'll work directly with key clients while also mentoring your team, setting goals, and monitoring performance. Partnering closely with stakeholders across Customer Success and Engineering, you will shape team operations and drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop Solutions Engineers through regular feedback
• Monitor team KPIs and conduct performance reviews
• Lead technical relationships with high-value customers
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with CSM Managers and Engineering on strategies
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Technical Customer Success
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading teams
• Technical proficiency with JavaScript and debugging
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with AI tools for team efficiency
