Position: Capital Project Manager with Federal Focus
Become a Capital Project Manager with Colliers Project Leaders, focusing on the Federal Government sector. Lead critical infrastructure projects that enhance community wellbeing and sustainability.
This role within the Federal Government business unit involves managing significant capital projects while representing client interests to key stakeholders. You will apply your project management acumen with over five years of relevant experience, leading teams and ensuring project documentation is meticulously prepared. Your expertise will involve planning, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute project planning and coordinate management activities

• Generate internal and external reports on project status

• Maintain and manage project budgets and financial updates

• Facilitate consultant documentation and project submissions

• Assist in compiling multi-discipline reports for clients
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects

• Engineering, architecture, or related degree

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities

• Strong skills in MS Project, Excel, and Word

• Eligibility for Federal security clearance required
