Position: Senior Project Planner Role
Thales is looking for a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler in Ottawa to oversee complex engineering changes within naval programs. This hybrid role supports strategic planning and effective change management.
In this position, you will join the PMO to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ships & Joint Support Ships. Your efforts in translating engineering requirements into actionable plans will be crucial for timely project execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules

• Establish schedule baselines and formalize changes

• Conduct quality checks on project timelines

• Track progress and report on critical milestones

• Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments
Requirements:

• 4+ years in a planning role

• Competency with Primavera P6 software

• Understanding of Earned Value concepts

• Expertise in MS Excel and data analysis

• Clearance eligibility for controlled goods
