Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and lead project teams for urban traffic projects

• Serve as Project Manager in client-facing situations

• Mentor and coach professional staff for career development

• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges

• Build client relationships through excellent communication
Requirements:

• Over 10 years of progressive traffic engineering experience

• Strong project management and business development skills

• Proficiency in Synchro and simulation modeling tools

• Familiarity with Ottawa guidelines and OTM Book

• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
