Join Egis as a detail-oriented Project Engineer specializing in Land Development in Ottawa. In this role, you will manage all phases of development projects, ensuring excellence and compliance.
Egis is seeking an analytical Project Engineer with expertise in land development. You will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution in collaboration with municipal authorities and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and an understanding of regulatory requirements are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage phases from site analysis to final permitting
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and officials
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for projects
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct site inspections for regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. certification
• 5+ years of land development project experience
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of municipal regulations and zoning laws
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
