In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and R&D teams to provide comprehensive support for the datacenter interconnects market. You'll lead technical communications from project kickoff to production ramp, ensuring customer needs are exceeded. Your skills in debugging, performance validation, and designing evaluation boards will be crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer technical communication through project phases

• Author technical documentation including Data Sheets and User Guides

• Design and support evaluation boards for customer applications

• Validate product performance in realistic scenarios

• Diagnose and resolve debugging issues for customer designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years relevant hardware engineering experience

• Knowledge of high-speed interconnect technologies

• Experience with debugging firmware and hardware issues

• Occasional travel required for customer support
