Hardware Compliance Specialist - Onsite at Curtiss-Wright

Your extensive experience, spanning over eight years in hardware compliance, will be vital for analyzing EMC/EMI requirements and leading compliance testing initiatives. You will interact closely with design teams, provide essential feedback, and drive process improvements. Collaborating effectively in a team environment is central to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate EMC/EMI requirements and conduct compliance tests
• Identify risks and strengthen internal lab capabilities
• Oversee formal compliance activities at external labs
• Document and report testing outcomes in detail
• Engage in maintaining a positive team culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in compliance roles
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 and DO-160
• Knowledge of EMI testing equipment and methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
