Elevate your engineering career with Nokia as a Senior Photonic Yield Engineer. This role involves managing wafer level testing, optimizing yield, and overseeing high-volume production of Silicon Photonic transceivers.
As part of the Silicon Photonics Supply Chain team, you will leverage 3-5 years of yield engineering experience. This role requires advanced knowledge in metrology and proficiency in data analysis, aiding you in driving improvements while directly collaborating with R&D and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and correlate yield data for improvements
• Oversee wafer-scale optical test equipment utilization
• Plan capacity for wafer test equipment
• Organize the material review board for test data
• Coordinate software and hardware upgrades with suppliers
Requirements:
• Advanced Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 3-5 years of yield or metrology experience
• Proficiency in wafer scale yield analysis
• Experience with defect inspection tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Lead quality-driven processes at Nokia through expertise in yield enhancements and test optimization.
