Join Plan Group to facilitate project schedules and assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors in meeting targets.
Your role includes maintaining document control, providing status updates, and ensuring efficient material deliveries. This position allows you to thrive in a challenging environment while having the opportunity for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project schedule development and maintenance
• Update document control logs and follow procedures
• Provide project status updates and support forecasting
• Coordinate deliveries and oversee sub-trades
• Document meeting minutes and progress records
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering post-secondary education required
• Minimum two years related experience needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Experience in healthcare projects is a plus
• Ability to analyze mechanical construction drawings
