Join the Solution IP R&D team and leverage your experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design to drive innovative memory and interconnect solutions. You will collaborate with layout engineers and digital designers, engaging with JEDEC standards and circuit specifications. Your key skills in SPICE simulation and transistor-level design will power next-generation products across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review JEDEC standards to define sub-block specifications
• Design transistor-level circuits and verify with SPICE simulators
• Collaborate with layout engineers on device stress and ESD protection
• Present simulation results and trade-offs to internal teams
• Document circuit designs and reliability considerations for tape-out
Requirements:
• PhD with 6+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in relevant design
• Expertise in CMOS design and FinFET technology
• Experience with high-speed sub-circuits and design verification tools
• Proficiency in ESD protection techniques and layout strategies
• Strong understanding of design-for-reliability principles
