Waste Management Engineer

In this role, you'll work within Dillon’s Waste Management discipline, collaborating with project teams to manage significant landfill and waste operations projects. A degree in civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering is essential, alongside at least five years of relevant experience. This position offers the chance to mentor junior team members and prepare critical project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate solid waste management project tasks
• Conduct detailed technical design reviews and evaluations
• Draft technical reports and public-facing documentation
• Identify business development opportunities and prepare proposals
• Guide junior team members through mentorship and training
Requirements:
• Degree in civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering
• Licensure as a qualified engineer in Ontario or eligible
• Minimum five years' experience in waste management
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary settings
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
