We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior Buildings Electrical Engineer in Ottawa, ON, to lead electrical system designs for various building projects. This role demands strong skills in electrical engineering, familiarity with AutoCAD, and a passion for sustainable solutions. You will coordinate with architects and engineers, manage project budgets, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems: power, lighting, fire alarm, and communication

• Conduct Building Condition Assessments (BCAs)

• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

• Oversee collaboration with stakeholders and clients

• Prepare and lead proposals for external RFPs
Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering

• Professional Engineer registration in Canada

• Minimum eight years’ experience in electrical design

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
