This position is ideal for a skilled designer with extensive fire protection experience. As a key member of the design team, you'll engage in various projects including commercial and healthcare buildings. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments to enhance profitability and compliance with NFPA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate Fire Protection Systems projects

• Collaborate with a team of fire protection designers

• Liaise across departments to ensure project success

• Utilize Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling of designs

• Oversee junior projects and mentor design team members
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Fire Protection Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fire protection design

• Knowledge in hydraulic calculations and project management

• NICET certification preferred or willingness to obtain

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for design tasks
