As a Senior Lithography Engineer, you will be pivotal in enhancing photolithography operations at the Canadian Photonics Fabrication Centre. You will lead cross-functional engineering projects while setting validation criteria for existing processes. Your expertise will ensure quality support for client projects and enable significant advancements in photonics technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize lithography processes for maximum efficiency
• Lead projects in collaboration with product engineers
• Establish validation criteria for current manufacturing processes
• Collaborate on design rules and test structures
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or PhD in engineering disciplines
• Minimum three years in semiconductor manufacturing
• Proven proficiency with ASML lithography systems
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
