Position: Intermediate Mechanical Design Technologist Role

This hands-on role welcomes candidates with 6+ years of mechanical design experience. You will develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings, focusing on accurate manufacturing drawings and GD&T application. Collaborating with engineers and vendors, you will enhance design buildability while supporting installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D and 2D mechanical design packages

• Produce manufacturing and assembly drawings for custom systems

• Apply GD&T and ASME Y14.5 for clarity and accuracy

• Support structural design and large-scale fabrication tasks

• Collaborate with teams to resolve design and installation issues
Requirements:

• 6+ years of mechanical design experience

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD

• Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing methods

• Experience with custom equipment and assemblies

• Comfort in a hybrid working environment
