In this full-time role, you will oversee the development and sourcing of optical components used in our extensive test equipment portfolio. A strong background in a range of optical technologies and vendors is essential. The ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring successful product life cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and source optical components for testing equipment

• Present data analysis and recommendations to R&D teams

• Collaborate on manufacturability and performance verification

• Explore new technologies for product development

• Participate in optical design reviews and testing solutions

Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering Physics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in optical component engineering

• Familiarity with optical test equipment and calibration

• Experience with vendor interaction and component qualification

• Proven track record in multidisciplinary team collaboration
