Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain training solutions for aircrew

• Draft lesson content in collaboration with instructional designers

• Validate technical accuracy in courseware

• Develop performance assessments for learner progress

• Conduct quality assurance on courseware deliverables
Requirements:

• Must have completed Royal Canadian Air Force aircrew course

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to obtain Controlled Goods Clearance

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
