Become a Retrofit Coordinator with Enviro Centre, based in Ottawa. This role focuses on collaboration and communication to ensure retrofit projects meet required standards and timelines.
As a Retrofit Coordinator, you'll engage with Registered Energy Advisors and installation contractors to troubleshoot challenges and ensure rigorous project oversight. Your critical role involves site visits, audit compliance, and providing valuable feedback for workplan adjustments. You will be instrumental in tracking invoices and updating workplans to align with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with contractors and energy advisors for project alignment

• Conduct regular site visits for installation compliance

• Provide feedback and negotiate changes to work orders

• Track and resolve invoice discrepancies accurately

• Support program performance tracking and reporting
Requirements:

• 5+ years in residential construction or retrofit

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Experience with Hot
