Position: Ottawa MEP Manager with EBC Inc.
EBC Inc. is seeking a skilled MEP Manager for our Ottawa projects, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. Ensure seamless integration and compliance in construction.
As the MEP Manager, you will direct all MEP activities on various construction initiatives. This role is pivotal for upholding quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Work closely with architects and contractors to manage complex challenges and maintain alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract documents for MEP scope clarity

• Oversee coordination meetings among project teams

• Track progress against schedule and costs

• Monitor installation to ensure compliance

• Promote safety and quality assurance practices
Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical

• 8–12+ years of experience in MEP roles

• Knowledge of fire protection and life-safety systems

• Familiarity with BIM processes

• Skills in interpreting construction plans
