Student Lab Support Engineering

Join our team as an Engineering Lab Support Student at 600 March Rd., Ottawa. This hands-on role will immerse you in various technical tasks and collaborative projects for four months.
We are currently hiring one Engineering Lab Support Student for the Fall Term, ideal for candidates enrolled in an Engineering or Computer Science Diploma. You will contribute to lab equipment configuration, user training, and troubleshooting on new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure routers and servers for lab operations

• Integrate new products into existing lab systems

• Deliver training to users on lab technologies

• Troubleshoot and debug setups when necessary

• Manage software installations and database backups
Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a Diploma program in Engineering or related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset essential for collaboration

• Adaptable and quick to learn in a technical environment

• Understanding of LINUX systems is advantageous
