This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your engineering expertise at a prominent client site in Ottawa. Ideal candidates should possess strong FPGA design experience, proficiency in RTL development, and familiarity with high-speed communication protocols. You will validate and implement complex FPGA architectures, contributing significantly to modern wireless solutions over the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop FPGA IP architecture for 4G/5G Radio Units

• Implement complex RTL blocks in Verilog/System Verilog/VHDL

• Define and execute UVM verification plans

• Perform system-level FPGA validation

• Collaborate with development teams for integration

Requirements:

• 7+ years of FPGA design experience in wireless systems

• Expert in /LTE/eCPRI/CPRI/PTP protocols

• Knowledge of Git/Git Hub version control workflows

• Familiarity with Quartus, Vivado, MATLAB/Simulink

• Strong understanding of 4G/5G Radio architecture
