As a Senior Civil Project Engineer/Manager, you will coordinate infrastructure projects across Eastern Ontario and manage them from planning stages through to successful completion. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and in-house disciplines, ensuring project goals are met through collaboration and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee land and infrastructure development initiatives
• Control project scope, budget, and schedules meticulously
• Foster client relationships with various public and private sectors
• Ensure compliance with approvals and permits required
• Lead collaborative meetings with stakeholders to drive results
Requirements:
• Engineering degree/diploma; licensed in Ontario is necessary
• 5–7+ years relevant engineering experience required
• AutoCAD proficiency;
Civil 3D knowledge is beneficial
• Strong understanding of stormwater management and servicing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
