• Develop detailed project/program cost plans

• Deliver accurate estimating and forecasting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in cost consultancy

• Relevant university degree required

• Professional membership (e.g., CIQS, RICS, AACE)

• Experience with CostX preferred

• Reliability clearance with the Canadian government is an asset
